Learn How to Saber

Celebrate International Sabrage Day at Bluestone Vineyard with an experience you won’t forget! Join us Friday, May 15 from 5–7 pm for a hands-on sabrage event, where you’ll learn the art of opening a bottle with a saber—yes, really. Winemaker, Lee Hartman will guide you step-by-step as you saber your own bottle of Blanc de Blancs, then raise a glass and enjoy it with friends.
The cost is simply the price of your bottle, and participants will be asked to sign a waiver before sabering.
