Where are you located?
We’re located at 4828 Spring Creek Road in Bridgewater, Virginia, in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley.
What are your tasting room hours?
Our tasting room is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. We close at 6 p.m. on select Fridays, the 2nd and 4th Fridays in May through September, for our Toast the Weekend concert series. We are open daily all year round except for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Check our website or social media for other holiday and special event hours.
Do I need a reservation to visit?
Reservations are required for groups of 8 or more. Advanced reservations of 8 or more people are $15 per person (for those of drinking age) and can be used towards wine purchases that day in the Tasting Room. Please call 540-828-0099 to make a reservation. Walk-ins for groups smaller than 8 are always welcome.
What types of wine do you produce?
We produce a wide range of wines, from sweet and semi-sweet to dry, both whites and reds aged in either stainless steel or oak, desserts, and sparkling wines. Our friendly Tasting Room staff is happy to answer any questions you have about our extensive wine list.
Do you offer wine tastings or flights?
Yes! We offer both tastings at the bar and flights. If you are looking for an interactive experience that brings guests closer to the heart of our wines, let our knowledgeable team guide you through a selection of Bluestone’s handcrafted, award-winning wines with a tasting at the bar. We also offer seasonal wine flights of four 2 oz. pours from a select list of wines for those who want to experience our wines at their own pace.
Where does your wine come from?
All of our wines are made from 100% Virginia-grown grapes, with the majority coming directly from our estate vineyard here in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. Our grapes are carefully cultivated onsite and crafted into wine in our winery at the bottom of the hill, allowing us to oversee every step from vine to bottle.
Can I buy your wine online?
Yes, visit our online shop to order for shipping, which is available in 42 states.
Do you host events or live music?
Yes. Our Toast the Weekend concert series and other events like Music Bingo and Trivia nights are held throughout the year. Check our events calendar for dates and details.
Can I host a private event or wedding at Bluestone Vineyard?

Are dogs allowed?
Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome at the vineyard and inside the Tasting Room.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
You’re welcome to bring other food, but we also offer light snacks and food in the Tasting Room. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Is Bluestone Vineyard family-friendly?
Yes, families are welcome! Please do ensure children are always supervised.
Do you have a wine club?
Yes, our wine membership is called the Press Club! Members receive quarterly shipments, exclusive discounts, tastings from the winemaker, and special event access. You can join in the Tasting Room or online.
