What’s the timeline from artwork to delivery?

The timeline depends on the size, shape, quantity, and complexity of your label
design. We recommend allowing extra time during the busy holiday season or for large
orders.

Print-ready artwork: Approximately 3 weeks from approval to delivery.
Custom designs: Approximately 6 weeks from start to finish. We’ll provide a more accurate estimate once your label specifications are finalized.

What file types do you accept for label artwork?

We accept high-resolution PNG, Illustrator (AI), EPS, and vector files, as well as high-resolution PDF files for complete label layouts. Please ensure all images are non-copyrighted and suitable for commercial printing.

What are the order minimums and pricing factors?

The minimum order is typically one case (12 bottles) per wine selection. Pricing varies based on wine selection, quantity ordered, label size, shape, and finish, custom design complexity, and packaging preferences. A personalized quote will be provided once we review your project details.

Can I ship my order or pick up locally?

Yes! Orders can be shipped where permitted by law or picked up directly at the Bluestone Vineyard Tasting Room. Additional shipping charges would apply. We’ll confirm your preferred delivery method during the ordering process.
