The latest addition to our Vineyard Site Series, NSTAN was born of innovation and adaptability. When a freezer for grapes normally used to make Blue Ice was unavailable, we partnered with Brix and Columns to dry our Traminette, Petit Manseng, and Golden Muscat in a tobacco drying barn. The result is a unique, barrel-fermented wine with lower sugar, higher alcohol, and exceptional complexity. A Gold Medal winner and a Top 6 Wine in the Shenandoah Cup Competition. Silver medal in 2025 Virginia Governor’s Cup.
